We will be trying out a special homebrew sent to us by user Spears104 and his version of an Extra Special Bitter.
He was trying to recreate the locally produce ESB from Propeller, but he described his failures were starting to taste good.
Really nice malt smell. The head had a light caramel creamy texture, the color of the beer looked great as you would expect. Nice amount of carbonization at the end which makes us like it a little more.
Taste wise, this tastes like a professional beer.
