Before travelling on a road trail
- Use only a road section officially designated under the Road Trails Act.
- The OHV must be registered, licensed and insured.
- The operator must hold a valid driver’s licence and riders must wear helmets.
- Follow posted road-trail signs, travel rules and any closures at the location.
How this map is built
Legal descriptions, appendix identifiers and official coordinates come from the Province of Nova Scotia. The basemap and road geometry use OpenStreetMap.
Solid green lines join two official coordinates along OSM roads and pass an initial distance check against the provincial description. Dashed amber lines need closer review because the routed and stated distances differ.
