Our review of Brasserie Breughel Bière de Nöel which is a extra strong 11% dark ale Christmas beer. Lots of coriander and organic cane sugar.
The pour gave the beer a thick head and very dark rusty color with sediment in the bottle due to the brewing process. It didn’t taste like a heavy beer and had a nice carbonization to it with little bitterness.
They are quite unique as compared to the other micro brews from quebec. They are located off highway 20 a few minutes from Riviere du loup.
