Black Marsh Trail

Delaps Cove
Delaps Cove Wilderness Trail System is located along the shores of the Bay of Fundy near the historic town of Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. There are two short loop trails (Bohaker & Charlies) connected by a 3k old government road, making the overall trip a little over 9km.

Gaff Point Trail & Hirtle Beach
I was researching for a coastal hike, I stumbled upon this place called Gaff Point. There was some recent trail building work and a surge from hiking & outdoor groups were planning outings. This sudden interest deserved a more detailed visit with my hiking buddy – Keji the Black Lab.

Rogart Mountain Hiking Trail

Nine Mile River Trail
Lovely wooded trails along Nine Mile River. It is a lovely trail under wooded canopy with several boardwalks over wet areas. There are maps at the junctions and the trails are fairly well marked.

Baxter State Park – Katahdin
Enjoyed three nights at Baxter State park at Daicey Pond at the Owl’s Nest (cabin #1). The original goal was to climb Mt. Katahdin, but we were reduced numbers in the morning and the heat & humidity affect our time going up to Chimney pond. Once we approached the Saddle slide, rain started to fall…
