Nice 9% strong golden belgian style beer from Ile d’Orleans.
This is their summer seasonal beer, being high alcohol we were expecting something lighter but with some carbonization.
Not getting a lot of big bread taste, almost no bitterness but very sweet. This would be more of a session beer for the fall when it gets dark earlier, not a summer beer.
Overall, lighter body but very enjoyable.
