This is a double IPA (DPIA) Joseph Bellarmin, 8.5% ABV.
We don’t know if it was the bottle, but the carbonization didn’t seem right as compared to the other DIPA we’ve tried recently.
However, the beer is still quite drinkable, but you will probably notice that it’s missing something. Good head retention, looks great.
Lots of floral notes, citrus and mellows out at the end (carbonization?)
