This is the first time I went camping solo in a state park. I decided to do an overnight at Lamoine State Park in Maine, then move onto Acadia Ntional Park.
I quickly go over some of the gear I brought with me and the Eureka Spitfire tent I was using to sleep in.

Nice setup for car camping Jim. I like the tent. You definitely have all the comforts of home there or close to it. Have you ever tried a solo backpacking trip ? That is when you really need to be practical and weight conscious. Funny you posted this today on Google + as I just got back from a two day solo backpacking trip, I was thinking of posting a video of what I carried followed by a video of the trip…..Take care, Bluefin.
