Our review of Brasserie Breughel Bière de Nöel which is a extra strong 11% dark ale Christmas beer. Lots of coriander and organic cane sugar.
Quick review of St-Ambroise Imperial Stout aged with bourbon.
Here we are reviewing Brasserie Breughel Bière de Vigne Rosée which is a strong ale with a strong grape taste to it. I’ll be honest, this thing was wierd, it reminded me of fizzy fruit punch. However being 8% brew, it was very light & refreshing tasting.
We sample a blueberry beer from Boréale, mainly from products from Quebec.
We review Brasserie Breughel Boswell and was our first taste from this natural brewery. This is a 7.5% strong dark ale. Nice thick head with light brown color which reminded me of some IPA.
This is a 9.5% Double IPA from Microbrasserie de Sherbrooke sent to us by viewer Annie.
We are back for our third review of this beer in three years. We waited another year and dug out another one from the cellar!
The third brew from Bruegel in Kamouraska we’ve sampled on our hike. This one is barley malt and coriander and tops off at 12% ABV. Abby style beer. Very malty on the nose. A darker color than the previous ones we’ve tried.
