We review Brasserie Breughel Boswell and was our first taste from this natural brewery. This is a 7.5% strong dark ale. Nice thick head with light brown color which reminded me of some IPA.
Flavoured with coriander, it gave a spicy feel similar to their christmas beer. It feels a lot like a seasonal ale, but still ended up being a refreshing beer.
Part of the brewing process will allow sediment in the bottle.
