The third brew from Bruegel in Kamouraska we’ve sampled on our hike. This one is barley malt and coriander and tops off at 12% ABV. Abby style beer. Very malty on the nose. A darker color than the previous ones we’ve tried.
A little bit of a bread taste at the end, no alcohol burn. The sour taste is also part of the lambic fermentation process. Not overwhelming at all for something that is as strong as wine.
We were quite surprised by this one.
