Cold Steel Voyager

Latest folder to my collection, I wanted to get a Tanto point edge knife. So I opted for the Cold Steel Voyager Large. First impressions is that it’s BIG. I didn’t think it was something I could carry as a EDC with me.

However, I found that it was lighter and wasn’t a problem when I kept the knife in my back pant pocket. The 3.5mm blade is THICK and BEEFY. The construction is very sturdy and there is no play. When you get the knife, it comes with 2 clips, one for either left or right configuration. Due to the way the handle curves, you need either or.

Personally, my daily routine did not warrant the use of a tanto blade. As a tactical or defence weapon, I would carry this no problem. You can do a lot of damage with it IMO.
