We tried a wheat beer from the Microbrasserie Charlevoix. Located at the Baie Saint-Paul area of Quebec.
Dominus vobiscum, a Latin phrase meaning “The Lord be with you”.
You can smell bread, yeast, banana. Not smelling a lot spices, maybe a little pepper. On the taste, sweet, banana maybe a bit of honey. Spices are present at the end. Overall it’s a solid white (wheat) beer, one of the better ones we’ve had. Found more easily in Quebec, you can find this in specialty shops such as Premiers Wine & Spirits in Downtown Halifax.

Dominus Vobiscum Blanche
(5% alc. / Vol.)
Yellow, veiled by the wheat protein, this beer gives off aromas marked citrus and yeast. Light refreshing acidity interwoven with flavors of orange blossom.
