Baxter Brewing – Pamola Xtra Pale Ale
We brought back from our trip in Maine, from Baxter Brewing company – Pamola Xtra Pale Ale. Pamola is one of the peaks found at Baxter State park. We hoped this would taste as good as when we were in the backwoods.

Breughel – Grand Cru
The third brew from Bruegel in Kamouraska we’ve sampled on our hike. This one is barley malt and coriander and tops off at 12% ABV. Abby style beer. Very malty on the nose. A darker color than the previous ones we’ve tried.

Breughel La Geuze – White Beer
We went for a hike and tried some other beers from Brasserie Breughel from Kamouraska.

Breughel Kamour – 7% Strong White Ale
Further along the same hike as the Geuze beer from Brasserie Breughel in Kamouraska. We tried the strong version of the white wheat ale. Instead of the 4.8%, this is a monster at 7%. So it will be interesting to see how it faired.

Big Spruce – Tip of The Spear
It was Halifax Seaport Seafest weekend, and Jeremy from Big Spruce Brewery brought down 2 growlers of the “Tip of the Spear” Spruce Beer for us to try out.
