2012 Live Review This is a 4.8% ABV Belgian Style Wheat Beer, a 2010 winner of Garrison’s Ultimate Brew-Off Competition and a 2011 Bronze medal winner at the Canadian Brewing Awards.

One of my favorite brews from Garrison, Ol Fog Burner. Expect a deep rick caramel color with a bit of IPA bitterness. This is a complex brew and at 11.5%, you have to take your time appreciating this one. They release two versions of this beer: regular and barrel aged.

It’s been almost a year since we reviewed the 2011 version of Garrison Brewing’s Winter Warmer.

The second 15th anniversary brew from Garrison is here! Back in the spring, we were treated to the Ginger & Mango anniversary brew which was fantastic. I had heard that a 2nd version would be coming out in the winter and only thing I knew that it was going to be dark.

We try the year round Hop Yard Ale, which is dry hopped as compared to their seasonal 3 Fields Harvest. The big difference between the two is how this one is what I would consider a very hoppy, almost a hop bomb. However, if you are a fan of IPA, this might appeal to you.…
